all proceeds go directly to the running costs of the Sympathy project.

Yes!!!!!

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process is powered by both Shopify Payments powered by Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Sympathy at Slaughter has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account.

I have a discount code; where do I enter it?
The space to enter a discount code will pop up on the final page of checkout, once you've either entered payment info. Discount option may not be applicable if processing payment using Paypal.

Processing Times:
Standard fulfilment time is 2-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Attach a message to your order if you require a tracking number.

Will I be alerted once my order ships? 
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it's on it's way to you.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order please contact me at sympathyatslaughter@gmail.com and I'll be happy to ensure resolution!

Defective/Damaged Items:
I do my very best to ensure quality is maintained during transportation, but mistakes do happen! If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please send me an email at sympathyatslaughter@gmail.com and I will be happy to ensure immediate resolution!
